Yes — and that's the point. Every session is structured around applying the toolkit to your actual project. You don't need a perfect project: even a messy, in-flight initiative is perfect raw material. No project? We'll help you identify one worth working on during week 1.
Absolutely. The methodology was originally designed for enterprise IT teams, but the AI 2nd Brain system works for any project manager — construction, banking, consulting, manufacturing. Mixed-industry cohorts are a feature, not a bug: you learn from how other PMs apply the tools to their context.
